Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Communication • Implement and locally adapt the Group marketing plan., • Coordinate local execution of events, fairs and Open Days., • Ensure brand consistency in all local communications in line with SEK guidelines., • Monitor and analyse marketing and sales KPIs, proposing improvement actions., • Create and manage multi-channel content, including social media (with support from the Communication Department)., • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local companies, institutions and organisations., • Work closely with the Admissions team to identify commercial opportunities., • Represent the school at local events, educational forums and business networking meetings., • Act as liaison between the school and the Group’s central Marketing Department., • Coordinate local suppliers and support the production of promotional materials. Requirements: Academic Background • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development., • Experience managing commercial or institutional (B2B) relationships., • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels., • Analytical mindset with results orientation (KPIs, reporting, ROI)., • Strong communication, negotiation and institutional representation skills., • Microsoft Office, • Proactive and results-driven mindset., • Strong business orientation., • Ability to combine strategy with operational execution., • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills., • Comfortable representing a prestigious international institution. REQUIREMENTS ● 3 to 5 years of experience as a Category Manager, preferably within Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related industries. ● Strategic Asset Management: Lead the corporate real estate portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, leasing, and asset development with a focus on value maximization and space efficiency. ● Strategic Procurement & Global Sourcing: Design and execute purchasing processes based on international standards (CPSM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to generate annual savings. align operational goals with sustainability and social economy policies, ensuring a resilient and ethical supply chain. ● Financial Control & Reporting: Supervise CAPEX and OPEX budgets, performing comprehensive project tracking and risk assessment for data-driven decision-making. ● Stakeholder Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage relationships with international partners, public institutions, and strategic private suppliers ● Fluent English and French is essential for coordinating with global networks and partners. ● Technical Skills: Proficiency in management tools such as SAP, Navision, advanced Excel, and data analysis software ● Certifications: Professional certification in CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) and knowledge of LEED standards are highly valued.
