As part of the frog Customer First community within Capgemini Invent, you will work at the intersection of strategy, business, and customer experience, helping organizations design and execute customer‑centric transformations. You will support our clients in initiatives related to digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce strategy, commercial and service models, customer experience, brand, and content, always with a strong business and transformation mindset. We are looking for Consultants with experience in Customer Experience and Business Transformation projects to join our team and work on complex, high‑impact engagements. What will you do? • Participate in customer experience and customer transformation projects, from diagnostic to execution. - Analyze customer journeys, commercial and service models, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate in the definition of CX strategies, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (strategy, design, technology, data) to deliver end‑to‑end transformations. - Contribute to project management activities, including planning, coordination, and follow‑up of deliverables. - Interact with clients in an international context, participating in workshops, presentations, and working sessions. - Support business development activities such as proposals, presentations, and client materials. Who are you? • You have 1.5 to 3 years of experience in consulting, preferably in Customer Experience, Customer Transformation, Digital Strategy, CRM, or related business areas. - You have experience participating in or managing consulting projects, with exposure to client interaction. - You are comfortable working in international environments and have a good level of English (written and spoken). - You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. - You have a customer‑centric mindset and interest in business and service transformation. - You work well in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams. Nice to have • Experience in CX, CRM, digital marketing, e‑commerce, or commercial transformation initiatives. - Exposure to Customer Journey Mapping, service design, or CX measurement frameworks. - Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams. - Knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing technologies, or digital ecosystems. - Academic background in business, engineering, economics, or similar disciplines.
