We are looking for an integration expert to support and further develop our integration capabilities. The integration expert will be part of the international integration team dealing with the creation of interfaces between various applications. Since the Hero Integration layer is mission critical, connecting various applications in the Hero ERP landscape, you will play a vital role in Hero's ability to operate. You will help build the integration architecture and interfaces using Hero's integration platform, Lobster Data. Your main responsibilities • Understand integration requirements and have in-depth technical knowledge of API Technology using SOAP or REST, JSON, Microsoft SQL server or equivalent databases., • Build integration architecture and interfaces using Hero's integration platform, Lobster Data., • Translate business requirementsinto technical solutions or concepts that are sustainable and easy to maintain., • Create and maintain interfaces between various applications., • Maintain an integration platform in a High Available environment (performing version upgrades, managing maintenance windows, etc.)., • Create training material and transfer knowledge to key users and application experts. Skills and Competencies Background: • Bachelor in IT or equivalent experience., • Proven track record in creating and maintaining interfaces between various applications., • Knowledge of modern database architectures (i.e., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)., • In-depth understanding of integration capabilities of SAP (i.e., iDocs, RFC, oData, CPI, table view)., • Proficient knowledge of integration/communication standards like EDIFACT, HTTP AS2 protocols, SOAP / REST API., • Experience in maintaining an integration platform in a High Available environment (performing version upgrades, managing maintenance windows, etc.)., • In-depth development skills (JSON / XML). Competences: • Good understanding of testing in a complex environment including test strategies and ability to execute a test approach., • Able to communicate in English at a professional level. We are looking for an experienced ITSM Service Manager to strengthen and enhance our internal ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL 4 best practices. This role is critical in ensuring that IT services are properly onboarded into ITSM processes, measured effectively with KPIs, and continuously improve ITSM maturity. Additionally, experience with Freshservice or ServiceNow is a plus, as this role will play an active part in building internal knowledge. Your main responsibilities • Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, change, service request, and problem management) in alignment with ITIL 4 best practices., • Collaborate with service owners to define and maintain a comprehensive Group-IT service catalogue, including SLAs, OLAs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)., • Drive the enhancement of ITSM tooling to increase process automation, efficiency, and overall IT process maturity., • Partner with internal Group-IT Competence Center teams to strengthen governance, guidelines, and maturity across IT service management practices., • Work closely with Global Service Desk teams to foster continuousimprovement of IT services and ensure consistent end-user satisfaction., • Ensure all IT services are properly onboarded into ITSM processes, leveraging automation and KPI-based performance measurement aligned with business expectations., • Design and implement integrations with systems such as Microsoft 365, SuccessFactors, and Lansweeper to support automation and CMDB data management., • Provide guidance and training on ITSM best practices to stakeholders acrossthe organization, promoting awareness and adherence., • Monitor, analyze, and report on ITSM performance metrics, ensuring alignment with defined standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements., • Serve as a key point of contact for IT service management, ensuring alignment between IT services and evolving business needs. As a Compliant lead, your primary mission will be to guarantee the regulatory compliance of the products manufactured in Hero España with national and international laws and regulations specific to the food industry, including food safety standards. Develop and implement local policies and procedures, manage issues and prepare compliance risk reports.
