Functions and responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership • Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies., • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for sea and air freight divisions., • Drive recruitment strategies for specialized roles in freight forwarding and air cargo operations., • Implement onboarding programs tailored to logistics and transport professionals., • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues within the sea and air freight teams., • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and labor laws., • Support performance management cycles, including goal setting and appraisals., • Ensure adherence to international and local labor regulations., • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training effectiveness) and provide insights to improve workforce efficiency., • Qualifications & Skills:, • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
