We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, passionate about service, and adept at managing both staff and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction., • Supervise, motivate, and guide employees, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards., • Manage daily operational activities, maintain cleanliness standards, and proactively resolve conflicts or operational issues., • Monitor and manage inventory, report stock discrepancies, and oversee merchandise displays and restocking efforts., • Act as a key liaison between frontline staff and upper management, facilitating effective communication and coordination across departments.
