Job title: CRM & Field Force Enablement Product Owner Location: Barcelona, Spain About the Job The Product Owner will join the Digital Growth Hub & Commercial team, part of Healthcare Digital Business Solutions, responsible for managing the worldwide solution portfolio, roadmap, project delivery and support across Commercial, Marketing, Manufacturing & Supply, Support functions, and Science. The Digital commerce team oversees a broad portfolio of applications that must be correctly integrated with Opella business functions and external partners to enable best‑in‑class commercial operations, with a particular focus on Salesforce‑led solutions (CRM, B2 B Portal, Marketing Automation), content enablement platforms, merchandising, and field reps CRM tools. Responsibilities CRM & Field Force Platform Product Owner CRM Define and drive the global product strategy and roadmap for CRM, covering territory management, account planning, order taking, call reporting, and retail execution lifecycle. Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing business owners to translate field‑force workflows into prioritized epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM enhancements and bug fixes. Drive adoption of CRM features enabling Sales Managers to monitor field performance in real time. Ensure seamless integration between CRM and downstream systems (ERP, trade promotion management, supply chain). Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to align compliant HCP call reporting, sample management, and scientific exchange tracking. Ensure configuration meets local regulatory and compliance requirements (e.G., HCP interaction reporting, GDPR, transparency codes) across all active markets. Coordinate with support team & vendor to ensure SLAs are duly respected. Commercial Field Rep Content Storage & Enablement Own the global product strategy and roadmap for Showpad as Opella's content enablement and field engagement platform. Govern the Field Force content taxonomy, tagging schema, and audience‑based publishing governance across Sales, Medical, Trade, and Merchandising content pillars. Drive Showpad's integration with CRM to enable content sharing, call reporting linkage, and engagement analytics in a unified field view. Define and maintain the Showcase architecture – ensuring Sales Reps, Medical Reps, and Merchandisers each have a curated, role‑appropriate content experience. Champion Showpad analytics and content performance reporting to inform the Marketing and Trade Marketing teams on asset effectiveness and field utilization. Coordinate with support team & vendor to ensure SLAs are duly respected. Product Governance & Stakeholder Engagement Run relevant product ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) coordinating with internal delivery teams and vendor squads. Lead and teach best practices to platform users (Sales Ops, Medical Ops, Trade Marketing, field reps) – develop and maintain product documentation, user guides, release notes, and training materials. Represent the field‑force platform portfolio internally, communicating product vision, release progress, and value delivery to senior commercial and digital stakeholders. Monitor product performance metrics and user adoption across all three platforms; gather field feedback and make data‑driven prioritization decisions for the consolidated roadmap. Stay ahead of Salesforce, Showpad, and IQVIA product roadmaps; evaluate new capabilities and AI advancements relevant to field force productivity and HCP engagement. Required Qualifications & Background Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business or a related field – or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience as a Product Owner managing CRM or field‑force enablement platforms, with a track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder products in an agile environment. 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (or equivalent CRM in an FMCG/FMCH context), including territory management, visit planning, retail execution, and integration architecture. 5–7+ years in a commercial or digital role within an FMCG or FMCH business, with solid understanding of field‑force operations, trade marketing, and HCP engagement models. Strong understanding of how CRM, content enablement, and medical CRM systems integrate to form a unified, measurable field‑force digital ecosystem. Experience defining KPI frameworks, tagging standards, and attribution models for field‑force performance; familiarity with CRM reporting and BI tools. Solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe); proficient in backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence). Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills – able to align Sales, Medical, Trade Marketing, IT, and Digital teams around a shared platform vision. Experienced in leading multi‑vendor delivery programs, managing escalations and SLA governance with Salesforce, IQVIA, and Showpad. Strong facilitator: able to run workshops, sprint ceremonies, and executive review meetings with equal effectiveness. Understanding of API‑based integrations and data flows between CRM, content, and analytics platforms. Passion for innovation and a field‑rep‑centric mentality – with a deep appreciation for the day‑to‑day reality of Sales Reps, Medical Reps, and Merchandisers in the field. A self‑starter experienced in leading cross‑functional projects and delivery workstreams with multiple simultaneous priorities. Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions from both business and technical stakeholders.
