S.-focused dog training company offering structured, high-impact programs designed to transform dogs and strengthen the bond between pets and their owners. We sell high-ticket board & train and specialty programs to committed dog owners across the United States . We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for a proven closer based in Spain or Portugal who is comfortable working U. S. market hours. Compensation Structure • Base Salary: $1,850 per month, • Commission: Uncapped and paid on top of base, • Realistic Minimum Total Earnings: €4,000 per month, • Average program value: $2,000–$6,000, • U. S.-based customer base, • B2 C consultative sales process, • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, social engagement), • Manage inbound leads and move prospects through the pipeline, • Run phone consultations and virtual sales calls, • Present and position high-ticket training programs effectively, • Handle objections confidently and close decisively, • Track pipeline and performance inside Hub Spot CRM, • Consistent daily outreach activity, • Strong pipeline management, • Revenue-driven mindset, • Minimum 3 years of B2 C sales experience, • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, • Strong objection handling and closing ability, • Comfortable selling high-ticket services, • CRM proficiency (Hub Spot preferred), • Self-managed, disciplined, and results-oriented, • Based in EU, • Experienced closers relocating to or living in EU, • Sales professionals seeking stable base + uncapped upside, • Individuals comfortable selling into the U. S. market, • Stable base compensation, • Strong commission upside, • High-ticket product with real impact, • Growing company with structured systems
