The Opportunity Role: sales specialist for Galicia & Asturias, to join Yoann's team in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to: • Drive market expansion in Spain., • Work in a multicultural, fast-growing environment., • Contribute directly to environmental preservation., • Develop professionally in a modern, purpose-driven organization.Key Responsibilities Attend and develop contacts and sales. All councils should be visited or contacted (at least Lead contact). Work on the tender to ensure Fonroche Lighting is represented; explain to the technical teams the importance of technical aspects when they redact the tender. Organizing and attending events in the dedicated area, visits to the factory. Business Development (80%) • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, • Generate and qualify leads, • Organizing visits and conduct meetings with key decision-makers, • Prepare and negotiate proposals, • Preparing tenders, • Secure contracts to meet revenue targets, • Sending maximum information to the technical department to realice the studies, • Creating a database with installers and engineers and be in contact with them in order to develop brand and sales of Fonroche in the dedicated areaMarket Presence, • Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs, • Organize and participate in networking events, • Build relationships with key influencers, • Enhance company reputation in Spain.Additional Responsibilities, • Manage and grow existing client relationships, • Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting, • Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery, • Represent company at industry eventsWhat You Can Bring To Us, • Bachelor's degree, • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, • Experience in B2G/B2B sales, for industrial products, • Experience managing sales agent networks, • Spanish and English or French conversational proficiency, • Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned regionYour Super Powers, • Be a sales person, • Capacity to convince (influence), • Organized, • Passionate about innovation and professional growth, • Strong interpersonal skills with deep market understanding, • Results-driven with proven sales achievements, • Committed to environmental sustainability, • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial spirit, • Excellent relationship builder and networker As part of its diversity policy, Fonroche Lighting considers all applications on an equal basis, including those from people with disabilities.
