Context We are strengthening our Revenue team with a Client Success Manager – ESG Solutions whose mission is to drive client retention and satisfaction among our investor clients. As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will ensure the effective understanding, integration, and use of EthiFinance’s ESG data, ratings, and platforms. You will play a key role in building long-term client partnerships while contributing directly to recurring revenue, client portfolio health, and commercial development. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring close collaboration with Production, Methodology, Sales, IT, and Legal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality client experience. Key responsibilities Client Care and Lifecycle Management (70%) • Manage a book of (mostly French) investor clients using our ESG data, ratings, and platforms and serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries., • Coordinate internally (Production, Methodology, Sales, IT, Legal) to deliver accurate and timely responses., • Manage the full client lifecycle: • Account configuration and access management according to subscription agreements., • Client onboarding and platform training, • Ongoing support and usage monitoring, • Renewal preparation and follow-up, • Ensure timely publication and communication of data and ratings updates. • Prepare and update client-facing materials (presentations, methodological documentation, guides)., • Maintain and continuously improve internal client relationship documentation (processes, FAQs, handbooks, training material)., • Support contract preparation and billing follow-up in coordination with relevant teams. Customer Success & Relationship Development (20%) • Lead regular client review meetings to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify evolving needs., • In collaboration with our Marketing team, strengthen client engagement through webinars, events, educational content, and targeted communications., • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas., • Formalize and share client feedback with Product and Methodology teams to support continuous improvement., • Proactively monitor platform usage and engagement metrics to anticipate risks and opportunities., • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of EthiFinance’s ESG solutions. Client portfolio health and commercial development (10%) • Monitor and report on client portfolio health (retention, risk, expansion opportunities) to CRO/CFO., • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client usage, ESG needs, and market developments, and collaborate closely with the Sales team., • Participate in client presentations and qualification meetings, bringing expertise on methodology, data usage, and ESG market dynamic., • Contribute to commercial proposals and RFP responses in coordination with internal teams. Profile • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Political Science, ESG/Sustainability, or related fields., • Entry-level to first experience in a client-facing or ESG-related role., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and efficiency., • Good understanding of sustainable finance and ESG markets., • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools., • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)., • German or Spanish is a plus.
