Role Overview The Demand & Supply Chain Manager, EMEA is responsible for end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, regional S&OP execution, and oversight of sales administration activities related to order management and delivery coordination. This role ensures product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting revenue growth across EMEA markets. The position works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams to drive alignment, governance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities 1. Demand Planning • Lead the monthly demand forecasting process across EMEA markets using ERP and Salesforce data., • Collaborate with Sales and Regional Heads to validate pipeline, promotions, and project-based demand., • Drive forecast accuracy through structured processes and governance rules., • Monitor demand trends for POS hardware, peripherals, and software licenses., • Ensure full alignment between Salesforce pipeline, ERP demand planning, and operational forecasts. 2. Supply & Inventory Management • Develop regional supply plans aligned with global production and procurement schedules., • Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and replenishment strategies across EMEA warehouses using ERP systems., • Balance service levels with working capital optimization., • Mitigate supply risks and manage allocation during constrained supply scenarios., • Ensure accurate inventory visibility and system integrity across regions. 3. S&OP & Cross-Functional Alignment • Lead the EMEA Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process., • Ensure consistency between Salesforce forecasts, ERP planning data, and financial projections., • Coordinate with Global Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams., • Present consolidated demand, supply, and inventory insights to senior management., • Establish standard operating procedures and governance rules for regional planning. 4. Logistics, Distribution & Sales Administration • Oversee inbound shipments from manufacturing sites and regional distribution flows., • Manage and guide the EMEA Sales Administration function (order processing, delivery coordination, customer fulfillment)., • Ensure all customer orders are accurately recorded and managed in ERP and Salesforce systems., • Define and enforce order management processes and approval rules across regions., • Ensure accurate and timely order execution in collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance., • Drive on-time delivery performance and monitor logistics KPIs., • Optimize freight costs and improve lead-time efficiency. 5. Performance & Reporting • Track KPIs including forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turnover, fill rate, and aged stock., • Develop data-driven dashboards using ERP, Salesforce, and BI tools., • Ensure data accuracy, master data governance, and reporting consistency across regions., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within regional supply chain processes. 6. Systems, Processes & Governance • Act as regional owner for supply chain-related ERP and Salesforce processes., • Define, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across EMEA., • Establish governance rules for forecasting, order management, inventory control, and reporting., • Ensure consistent data quality, system discipline, and compliance with group policies., • Lead change management initiatives related to system and process improvements., • Train regional teams on tools, processes, and best practices. Qualifications & Experience Education • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field., • Master’s degree or professional certification (APICS, CPIM, CSCP, etc.) is a plus. Experience • 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations management., • Proven experience managing regional supply chains, preferably in EMEA., • Strong background in S&OP, forecasting, and inventory optimization., • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Salesforce., • Experience managing sales administration or order management teams is an advantage.
