The Opportunity The Anti-Corruption Monitoring Officer plays a pivotal role in Worldline’s Global Compliance function, within the Ethics & Anti-Corruption team. You will be the guardian of integrity, anti-corruption and prevention of fraud across the business to ensure anti-corruption and fraud prevention practices are embedded in company-wide processes. You will contribute to risk assessments, help define action plans, and drive the ongoing monitoring and testing of controls. By collaborating with regional and global teams this is a chance to have a real impact on how Worldline operates globally, while growing your career in a dynamic, international environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Planning, managing and executing company-wide compliance monitoring & testing activities on general compliance, anti-fraud and anti-corruption controls, • Contribute to the formalisation and analysis of Whistleblowing cases, • Contribute to the management reporting on compliance topics such as anti-corruption, business partners screening, gifts & invitations, conflict of interests within the compliance team, • Contribute to draft the annual global compliance monitoring and testing activities, • Comprehensive knowledge development of written processes, procedures and policies, • Contribute to the development of trainings (mainly on internal control and monitoring but might be as well on code of ethics, anti-corruption, conflict of interests, outsourcing, third party due diligence), • Maintain the global/local compliance intranet/SharePoint as landing and information page for the company, • Provide company-wide communications, awareness and training Who Are We Looking For We look for detailed oriented people who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: • 2-5 years of experience in similar role, with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business administration, Economics or Law with special interest in anti-corruption/fraud., • You have knowledge of internal audit, internal control practices, anti-corruption controls, and basics in compliance requirements, practices and principles., • You are a team player: you are comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders. Ability to work, communicate and draft reports comprehensively, clearly and consicely., • Proficiency in French and English is a ‘must’., • Experience in promoting awareness of compliance matters (ad hoc trainings, internal communication, answers questions from business), • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities., • Work with integrity, in such a way that the job is executed properly, transparently, carefully and complying with applicable laws, regulations, policies and code of ethics., • Multi-cultural mindset and flexibility.
