Oversees the preparation, cooks, and presents meals in the restaurant by assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the kitchen operation and ensures the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times. Demonstrates and helps to maintain high levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plans, prepares and cooks menu items following all TAS recipes as per Apicbase.

• Assists with stock taking when required.

• Takes personal accountability for all tickets of his/her kitchen station and supports other

Chefs on their stations.

• Guarantees ticket times are respected, food is prepared efficiently while of high quality.

• Ensuresstock deliveries and waste are all checked and records in line with company and food


• Adheres to the company’s Hygiene, Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.

• Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the company’s Hygiene,

Health and Safety policies and procedures.

• Maintains a good degree of relevant knowledge with regards to food product.

• Performs other duties as required/requested by superiors.
