We are looking for a passionate and experience night Baker to join the bakery team at Boxcar Marylebone. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong expertise in bread production, sourdough, and viennoiserie. We are particularly seeking someone confident in double lamination techniques, fermentation management, and producing consistently high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You will be part of an ambitious bakery operation where craftsmanship, creativity, and continuous development are at the heart of everything we do, working closely with the Executive Chef, the Head Group Baker and the Head Baker. This is a night-based role, ideal for bakers who enjoy a focused production environment and take pride in delivering exceptional products ready for the day’s service. The Role As an Experienced Baker at Boxcar Marylebone, you will play a key role in daily production, taking ownership of bakery sections and maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will be responsible for producing artisan breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie, and laminated pastries, ensuring excellent execution across all stages of production. Working closely with the wider bakery team, you will contribute to product development, operational excellence, and the continued growth of the bakery. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives at the bench, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes genuine pride in their craft.
