Born to serve our local community, we provide quality food & drink that showcases the best of British seasonal produce. We’re open every day for breakfast, lunch & after-work nibbles with the option to eat in, take away or stock up on provisions from the store. From fresh pastries & breakfast bowls to delicious salads & sandwiches, all our food is homemade daily on site using fresh, seasonal ingredients that have been ethically sourced from British independent farms.

As a Commis Chef, you will be expected to work and assist the brigade across all sections of the kitchen. Excellent customer service is of paramount importance to Open House.

As a Commis Chef we need you to be:

Truly passionate about Hospitality Industry

Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

Prior experience at Commis Chef level, and in particular within high volume and fast paced environment
