We are looking for someone who is available to train in London for a few months before relocating with a full relocation package included

This Pan Asian restaurant is a favourite amongst the locals and gives diners a quintessentially Asian inspired seasonal menu which has been uniquely designed for the restaurant using sustainable and locally sourced produce.
You will be overseeing 5 chefs in the with experience of cooking Asian background Pastry so ideally you will have Michelin Pastry experience and it would also be very useful if you have had some exposure to Pastry fine dining in a Western cuisine restaurant.
You must be a team player, great Manager and want to learn about Asian food/heritage.
The ideal candidate will-
- Have relevant Pastry Sous Chef experience with Pan Asian/Western cuisines.
- Have a can-do attitude and be a great leader
- Have a good level of written and spoken English
- Be flexible with working hours (Weekends, holidays)
- Will be looking for a long-term career within the industry
