Maintenance person required for 60 bedroom 4 star boutique hotel based in Richmond, Surrey. We are seeking a reliable and hands on general maintenance person to help us maintain our high standards and ensure our property is always in excellent condition. Key responsibilities include: Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks around the hotel including painting, minor plumbing, basic electrics, AC filter cleaning, general up keep of outside areas etc and to ensure communal areas, guest rooms and back of house areas are well maintained. Requirements: Previous experience in a general maintenance or handyman role ideally in a hotel or similar environment. Basic knowledge of DIY tasks such as painting, light fixture replacement, general repairs A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently Good physical fitness as the role may involve lifting and moving items A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and staff Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required and be on call for emergencies.
