The perfect pizzaiolo will have experience of working with a wood-fired oven, will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef. As our kitchen is in display to the public, you will need to be both personable and well presented.
