Pizza Chef

Ciao! Franco Manca, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef for our pizzeria in MANCHESTER. We offer great rates of pay and all staff share their tips.

Since our 2008 opening in Brixton’s market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan sourdough Pizzas. Our menu has just 7 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top quality ingredients from local suppliers. Our Chefs are called Pizzaiolo because we use traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven techniques to cook our classic pizzas at 500 degrees for 45 seconds.

The perfect Pizzaiolo will have experience of working with a wood-fired /Gas oven, will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef. As our kitchen is on display to the public, you will need to be both personable and well presented. We offer our Chefs:
