Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bolton for a Business Development Specialist in Sales and Account Management. The professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. Daily tasks include prospecting and generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and foster long-term customer loyalty. Qualifications • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management strategies and practices, • Ability to generate leads, build and nurture client relationships, and close sales, • Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, • Understanding of IT, Microsoft and telecom products such as VoIP, hosted telephony, and business telephone systems is a strong advantage, • Analytical skills for identifying opportunities, trends, and customer needs, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve goals, • Relevant experience in the IT and telecommunications industry is a plus
