We're looking for unique individuals who are up for a challenge and want to bring the very best in the business on board to become part of the Park Row family. We're a company that values personality as much as professionalism, so come ready to show us what you can do. In addition to this, as a Sous Chef you will also be expected to:

• Supervise the kitchen brigade ensuring that the correct standards & methods are implanted as directed by Executive Chef & Senior Sous Chef

• Report all food complaints to the Executive Chef/Senior Sous Chef and assist in taking remedial action to avoid further customer dissatisfaction

• Respond to any changes in the kitchen as directed by the Executive Chef/Senior Sous Chef

• During service periods to cook, call orders and issue food to waiters; checking all dishes before they leave the kitchen ensuring they are of the required standard spec.

• Sets an example of cleanliness and correct work practices to all kitchen personnel

• Ensure staff grooming & uniform standards are maintained in line with company policy

• Ensure that recipes are adhered to on all sections, at all times, within the kitchen
