Darby's is an oyster bar, bakery and grill in Nine Elms (Vauxhall), London, launched in May 2019 from Robin Gill and his team behind Sorella, Bermondsey Larder and Rye by the Water.
We're looking for a passionate and friendly Sous Chef to join our growing team. We are expanding our team as we grow into an additional unit - a kitchen and bar at the Skypool, above our existing Darby's site.
We are passionate about our craft and key skills and we have an on site bakery, a full nose to tail butchery programme and our our own charcuterie and curing room, all offering to add exceptional skills for the right candidate.
Experience is essential for this role and we are looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years working in a busy, high quality kitchen.
