This role is key to the delivery of the Intelligent Client Function by Defra Group Property and provides support to the team in reassurance on statutory duties and compliance and maintenance and enhancing good working relationships with both customers and the service provider. Person specification Essential Skills And Experience: • Experience of providing an efficient support function within a facilities management or building services environment, with customer facing experience., • Excellent organisational and time management skills will be the ability to prioritise tasks., • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work well within a team; and evidence of continually improving processes, policies and ways of working., • A commitment to undertaking relevant training or qualifications.
