Summary of position & key attributes Our Bar Team is key to the experience and theatre of our business and you will be supporting the bartenders and floor team in a fast pace exciting environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver exceptional standards of service. We are looking for highly motivated barbacks that have a desire to be trained to become bartenders in the business. You will be provided extensive training and be expected to achieve execution criteria and consistency. We could have you upskilled and promoted in 6 months if you apply yourself and a role is available. Day to day duties will involve preparation for general service, preparing and setting up for private events, execution during service hours and maintaining the high hygiene and safety policies. We are looking for a self-driven passionate individual that strives for excellence. Ideally with some experience in the hospitality industry.
