    Kitchen Porter (Central Kitchen Team Member) We’re looking for an experienced, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our central kitchen team. This is a key role supporting the Head Chef — responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly from open to close. You’ll take ownership of cleanliness, organisation, and daily setup, while supporting prep and stepping in where needed during busy periods. This role suits someone who takes pride in standards, works with pace, and can be trusted to run the basics right every single day. What you’ll be doing • Open and close the central kitchen, ensuring it is fully set up and left to the highest standards, • Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas at all times, • Wash and manage all dishes, utensils, and equipment efficiently during service, • Support basic food prep and assist the Head Chef where required, • Receive, check, and organise deliveries, maintaining clear and structured storage, • Manage waste, recycling, and back-of-house organisation, • Work closely with the Head Chef to keep daily operations running smoothly and consistently, • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, • 9:00am – 5:00pm, • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Porter in a fast-paced kitchen, • Comfortable taking responsibility for opening/closing and maintaining standards independently, • Strong work ethic with a no-ego, team-first attitude, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Reliable, consistent, and able to work at pace
