Whether you’re in a bustling city, a quaint town, or a serene rural community, your role is to create a comfortable space for people to share their views openly. \n Some individuals may be eager to talk, while others might need a little encouragement. That’s where your warmth, professionalism, and listening skills come into play. \n You’ll utilize a NatCen device to guide structured interviews and accurately record responses. This role is all about purpose, independence, and a people-focused approach — and don’t worry, you’ll receive comprehensive training before heading out on your own! Field-Based Work. Real Support. Clear Expectations.\n This is a travel-based role, where you’ll be assigned a specific fieldwork area. With route planning support, you’ll manage your time effectively and make your visits as efficient as possible. \n Travel times will vary, but you can typically expect to spend around 30–60 minutes each way. Some projects may require longer journeys and occasional overnight stays. Rest assured, paid travel time is available on most projects, along with mileage reimbursement. \n You won’t be navigating this journey alone.
