Your Mission: As the Branch Administrator, you will be pivotal in providing efficient administrative support. You will: • Carry out various administrative tasks that facilitate smooth operations at the worksite., • Collaborate with Headquarters in Spain to supply essential information across Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Human Resources., • Manage and maintain the company records database accurately., • Assist Site and Project Managers by preparing basic reports and conducting research., • Ensure that all filing and archiving is conducted for easy retrieval of information. What We're Looking For: To excel in this role, you should have: • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus!). - A proactive, punctual, and reliable approach to work. Soft Skills: • Strong team player., • Meticulous and thorough in all tasks., • Understanding of health and safety risks associated with the role.
