Job Title: Intervention Specialist (English) Location: Hillingdon, London, UK Salary: £90–£100 per day Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Term Time Only) Start Date: 13/04/2026 Key Stages: KS3, KS4, KS5 (Secondary & SEN) Salary dependent on experience and qualifications. About the Role We are seeking a resilient, committed, and driven English Intervention Specialist to join a dedicated team. This is a highly rewarding but demanding role, working with some of the school’s most challenging and disengaged students. You will play a key role in raising attainment in English by delivering targeted interventions to students with significant literacy gaps. The role requires confidence, patience, and the ability to build strong, consistent relationships with learners who may present behavioural challenges or lack confidence in their abilities. Working closely with the English department and pastoral team, you will support students in re-engaging with education and preparing for their GCSE English Language and Literature exams.
