How You Will Work You will report to our Creative Director, who sets the direction for brand, culture and narrative across Kindred. Your focus is demand generation, conversion and lifecycle performance. You will work closely with our Private Hire, Catering and Cellar teams, alongside our SEO and Lifecycle specialist and paid media partners. This is a cross-functional role embedded in a small, focused team. We value clarity over complexity and impact over volume. You will have real ownership and the opportunity to see your work directly influence revenue and growth. Location and Working Pattern This role is primarily remote once onboarding is complete. During onboarding, we expect several in-person days onsite to ensure you fully understand the space, the team and the guest experience. Following onboarding, the only fixed in-person requirement is one strategy and reporting day per month onsite at Kindred. You may also attend key planning sessions and selected flagship moments during the year where your presence adds value. We care far more about clarity, momentum and measurable impact than physical presenteeism.
