ER Coordinator Project : MEH Alliance - HPC Contract type: Permanent Start date: TBC Salary: Competitive Salary +benefits About Us We are the leading provider of infrastructure services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage register of live cases – investigations, grievances, disciplinaries etc. to Ensure effective, timely case management of people related issues., • Coordinate arrangement of ER cases on a timely basis in line with HPC Common Framework Agreement., • Support the MEH ER Manager with the provision of day-to-day advice and guidance to supervisors and managers., • Liaise with MEHJV parent companies HR / ER teams as required, • Support MEH Local Joint Council meetings, acting as note-taker., • Liaise with HPC recognised Trade Union Convenors as required., • Support ER Manager in project work., • Consistently act with integrity and confidentiality., • Compile ER weekly management reports activities., • Advise and coach managers to effectively manage Employee Relations issues in line with HPC Common Framework Agreement., • All other duties as required.
