About the Company We are recruiting passionate, experienced tutors to provide one‑to‑one support for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the Walsall area. About the Role Our learners may have: • Autism (ASD), • ADHD, • Dyslexia, Dyspraxia & Dyscalculia, • SEMH needs, • Speech, Language & Communication Needs, • Anxiety, school refusal or learning gaps Responsibilities • Experience working with children with SEND (education, tutoring, SEN support, therapy or similar), • Ability to adapt teaching to individual learning styles, • A calm, patient and empathetic approach, • Strong communication with parents and professionals, • UK right to work & enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Qualifications Qualified teachers, SEND specialists, learning support staff, experienced tutors and education professionals are all encouraged to apply.
