This is not a standard CHC Assessor role.We're seeking experienced RNLDs who will review, redesign to right-fit complex care packages for individuals with significant and often highly specialised support needs. This is an opportunity to influence care provision, funding arrangements and long-term outcomes through robust clinical assessment and evidence-based decision making.
