We are partnering with a highly regarded professional services organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to further develop their in-house experience within a collaborative, people-focused environment. As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, supporting the hiring of specialist talent. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll shape and deliver effective hiring strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities include: • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions, • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from approval through to offer, • Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of direct sourcing techniques, • Screening CVs, interviewing candidates, and coordinating selection processes, • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, • Supporting employer branding and attraction strategies, including social media activity, • Providing market insight and recruitment best practice advice, • Ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for all candidates You will bring: • Previous experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency (professional services experience essential), • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, • Confidence in direct sourcing and headhunting candidates, • Excellent communication and organisational skills, • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities, • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools If you're a driven recruiter who is proactive and commercially minded and available at short notice, please get in touch for more information.
