We are an experience led coffee and dining space with a bookshop and antiques collection and we serve fantastic, ethically sourced, meticulously prepared food as well as speciality sourced and roasted coffee, loose leaf teas, hot chocolate, cold drinks, natural wines and craft beer and ciders. We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team. Your role will be to make great quality coffee, helping out in all aspects of FOH including making simple cocktails, and support other team members. We’re looking for someone that’s friendly, a team player, and someone thats able to work in a fast paced environment. We are an independent neighbourhood restaurant in Dalston, serving global-inspired breakfast-lunch-brunch fare. It’s a buzzy and lively space that serves feel-good comfort food with top quality ingredients in a casual setting. We are a small team and are looking for someone with a big personality thats happy to work in an informal setting. Opening hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am-5pm.
