We do need you to have the following: * Experience of working on conventional safety new build and refurbishment projects and influencing inherent safety design at the start. * Health and Safety and Environmental Management degree, NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 NVQ Health and Safety, or equivalent * Good understanding of all conventional ESH disciplines e.g., Workplace and Process Safety, Environment, and an appreciation of nuclear site license conditions etc. * Understanding of current ESH management system standards including ISO 14001, HSG65 and ISO45001 principles. * Understanding of Project Management techniques, principles and terminology * Understanding of current ESH legislation, standards and guidance (including License conditions) relevant to the projects. * Understanding of HAZOP and other qualitative risk assessment techniques.
