The Role We’re looking for a Head of Content who wants to take the most boring corner of daily life parking and turn it into a brand people can’t ignore. If Red Bull built a storytelling team inside a tech startup, you’d be leading it. This is a leadership role disguised as a creative one. If you take this job, you’ll be shaping the entire emotional universe of PARC. You’ll be the person who: • Decides how the brand feels, • Defines how we show up in the world, • Turns real moments into stories people want to watch, • Builds content that doesn’t look or sound like anyone else This isn’t a “post stuff on social” role. Build the PARC Universe • Take the founder’s insane journey and turn it into storytelling gold, • Craft mini-docs, episodes, stories, shorts, behind-the-scenes mayhem, • Invent the narrative architecture that makes PARC feel alive 2. Shoot, Direct, Shape, Create • Direct shoots like you’re making a Netflix series, • Turn rough ideas into standout creative, • Manage freelance shooters, editors, and motion people, • Own the creative bar , nothing gets out unless you’re proud of it 3. Make Content That Doesn’t Feel Like Content • Cinematic storytelling, • Emotional hits, • Challenger energy, • Red Bull attitude, • Founder's story with grit, • Real people. Real moments. Real tension. Real humour. 4. Work With Our Social Brain • Collaborate daily with our Social & Influencer Manager, • Turn ideas into platform-breaking content, • Adapt your stories for TikTok, IG, YT, LinkedIn, • People watch PARC content even when they don’t need parking, • Strangers describe us as “that parking brand that feels like a documentary”, • Our TikTok becomes a show, • Our brand feels alive, • Our story is cultural, not corporate Essential • 5+ years in content creation, filmmaking, creative direction, or editorial, • Proven experience producing high-quality video content (portfolio required), • Strong storytelling instincts , narrative structure, emotion, pacing, • Ability to direct shoots and guide editors to a premium finish, • High creative taste level with clear point of view, • Experience managing or directing small creative teams or freelancers, • Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality, • Comfortable working in a challenger brand environment with fast iteration, • Background in automotive, tech, sports, or lifestyle brands, • Understanding of social-first content and platform-native storytelling, • A natural storyteller with a filmmaker’s eye, • Obsessed with narrative, emotion, and craft, • Confident, clear, and decisive in creative direction, • Able to think strategically while delivering quickly, • Highly collaborative , especially with growth and social teams, • A builder: excited to construct a content engine from the ground up, • Play a defining role in shaping one of the UK’s most disruptive consumer brands, • Build and lead your own content function, • Direct and produce high-end storytelling with full creative autonomy, • Join an ambitious founder and mission with huge scale potential, • Equity upside in a fast-growing early-stage startup, • WORK WITH RORY SUTHERLAND
