By applying an end-to-end integrated vision of automation and technology solutions, you will help enable frictionless enterprise operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will contribute to shaping future business operations by supporting solution design and execution for technology-enabled transformation projects Key Responsibility Order to Cash Pillar & Order Management • Design and implement integrated Order-to-Cash and Order Management solutions to streamline operations and accelerate cash flow., • Provide strategic consulting to align order capture, fulfilment, billing, collections, and dispute resolution, • Analyze market trends and client challenges to shape solution recommendations and drive competitive advantage., • Engage stakeholders with clear, expert input through presentations and discussions that influence decision-making., • Leverage middleware platforms, automation, AI, and ML to engineer digital O2C processes and foster innovation., • Enhance operational performance by reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and connecting data across finance, supply chain, and customer service., • Lead complex consulting projects, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction., • Anticipate and mitigate risks using innovative tools and methodologies., • Drive process improvement through domain expertise and technology-enabled solutions., • Build and sustain strong client relationships to accelerate business growth., • Contribute to pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities, strengthening commercial acumen., • Deliver compelling presentations and lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders., • Be recognized as a thought leader, shaping market perspectives and supporting business development., • Be recognized as a subject matter expert in your area of expertise (internally and externally) to drive/support business development., • Develop and maintain client relationships that can be leveraged to win business., • Apply deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash and Order Management middleware platforms., • Maintain excellent knowledge of technological products and solutions, with strong awareness of their strengths and weaknesses to drive innovation., • Actively participate in product positioning (e.g., conferences, events, publications)., • CPG (FMCG), • Retail, • Advanced English proficiency (CEFR Grade C1 or equivalent)., • Degree in Economic or business education preferred, • Over 5 years’ experience with strong domain expertise in Order to Cash, CPG or Retail, • Proven track record of delivering transformation across global Order to Cash and diverse trade models., • Hands on experience with analytic tools, ERPs and platforms such as Blackline, HighRadius, Serrala, SAP etc. To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
