Our client is looking to recruit an experienced civil engineer, ideally with experience of managing an extensive asset register, to join their team as a Civil Asset Manager. You will be working in an autonomous role bridging the gap between project and engineering teams. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of asset lifecycle and be responsible for driving TotEx investment plans (up to 5 years). They have a wide range of civil assets across the business, some over 100yrs old and the ability to prioritise projects and maintenance works is vital.
