nimbl are recruiting a talented (Senior) Project & Account Manager for a specialist Brand Experience agency. This is an exciting role being the day to day client lead on a series of creative and immersive brand experience events for a iconic brand. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: Reading Purpose of the role As a Senior Project & Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our client services team, bringing bold ideas to life through unforgettable brand experiences. You’ll balance creativity with commercial acumen, leading multiple projects from pitch to live delivery. You’ll be the trusted day-to-day partner for our clients, the energiser for your team, and the calm centre in the chaos of live campaigns. You’ll take full accountability for delivering projects that excite audiences, exceed expectations, and make our clients (and us) proud. Key responsibilities Project Delivery • Lead the full campaign process, from taking the brief to developing strategy, budgets, timelines, and flawless execution., • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with confidence, care, and attention to detail., • Collaborate closely with creative, production, and staffing teams to ensure every activation runs smoothly, on time, and on budget., • Anticipate challenges, find smart solutions, and deliver work that exceeds client expectations., • Monitor KPIs, measurement, and results, using insights to continuously improve., • Support live events when required (and enjoy the buzz of seeing your work come to life). Client Relationships • Build strong, trusted relationships with your clients, understanding their business, challenges, and ambitions., • Be proactive, curious, and confident in making recommendations that add value., • Keep communication clear, honest, and upbeat, ensuring clients always feel in safe hands., • Spot opportunities to grow partnerships and bring fresh thinking to every conversation. Creative Collaboration • Partner with our creative team to turn insight and strategy into big ideas., • Champion clarity in every brief and ensure creative work stays on-point, on-brand, and on budget., • Encourage bold thinking, and bring your own spark to brainstorms and concept development. Marketing Knowledge, • Be an expert in all things experiential, from strategy and execution to amplification across digital and social., • Stay curious about industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts. Communication • Keep everyone in the loop: clients, suppliers, and internal teams alike., • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy., • Celebrate wins, share learnings, and keep the team connected. Financial Responsibility, • Own your budgets. Manage them smartly to maximise value for clients and margin for the agency., • Track spend, forecast accurately, and flag opportunities or risks early., • Follow internal processes and ensure projects are reconciled efficiently. Business Development • Spot and nurture opportunities for organic growth., • Contribute to new business pitches, bringing creative ideas and your industry know-how., • Share insights and build relationships that open new doors for the agency.
