Senior Product/UX Designer (Mobile App) Location:Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week) Duration: Initial 6 months Contract Type: Inside IR35 Day Rate We’re looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to shape the future of our native iOS & Android app experiences. If you love solving complex problems, designing at scale, and delivering high‑impact mobile journeys, this one’s for you. What you’ll do: • Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI for native apps, • Own complex flows, interactions, and app journeys, • Work with advanced Figma systems & design libraries, • Use data, experimentation, and insights to drive decisions, • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Creative & Brand, • Mentor designers and champion accessibility & inclusive design What you’ll bring: • 5+ years in Product Design (B2C mobile preferred), • Strong e-commerce background, preferably from fashion/retail environment., • Proven experience shipping iOS & Android apps at scale, • Expert Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants), • Strong mobile UX, interaction design & accessibility knowledge, • Data‑led mindset and excellent stakeholder communication, • A portfolio showing high‑quality, impactful mobile work If you want to design experiences used by millions and work with a brilliant digital team, we’d love to hear from you
