    Driver–Operator / Street Food Team Member Greek & Spanish Street Food | London We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver–Operator to join our growing street food team in London. This is not a driving-only role. You will be responsible for transporting the stall safely to and from our daily trading pitches, while also working as part of the service team during the shift. The role is mainly Monday–Friday, approximately 8am–3pm, with optional Saturday work available. We’re a small, hardworking team and we’re looking for someone positive, focused and dependable who enjoys hospitality and takes pride in doing things properly. The role includes: • Driving the van to and from site, • Setting up and packing down the stall, • Handling gas and equipment safely, • Serving customers during busy service periods, • Supporting food preparation and general operations, • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, • Following clear operational procedures and instructions What we’re looking for: • Positive attitude and professional manner, • Reliable, punctual and organised, • Comfortable working in fast-paced service environments, • Able to stay focused and calm during busy periods, • Practical, proactive and willing to help wherever needed, • Team player with good communication skills, • Someone who enjoys working with customers and contributing to a strong team culture Requirements (non-negotiable): • Full UK/EU driving licence, • Confident driving a long wheelbase van in London (VW Crafter), • Legally able to work in the UK, • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and setup work Please note: applicants may be asked to provide details of any driving endorsements or penalty points. Driving history will be considered as part of the hiring process due to insurance and operational requirements. Experience in hospitality, street food or customer service is preferred, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important. THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Team & Operational Leadership Serve as the operational day to day lead for the IT team, acting as the VP of IT's right hand Manage and develop a small team of property IT technicians Act as a key point of escalation for property teams and hotel operations across the estate Run the weekly IT operational rhythm: incident review, workload prioritisation, team check-ins Step up as VP IT cover when required, including stakeholder and executive-level escalations Build the processes and culture that make the team reliable and scalable Network & Connectivity Own the network infrastructure across all properties: switching, routing, VLANs, and Wi-Fi platforms Manage ISP and network provider relationships, holding them to SLA Lead circuit provisioning and fault resolution for new openings and existing sites Evaluate connectivity performance across the portfolio and lead improvement initiatives Cloud Infrastructure & Endpoints Own the Azure and Microsoft 365 environment: Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams Manage the endpoint estate across corporate and property devices Maintain and evolve backup and disaster recovery arrangements for Tier 1 systems Support pre-opening IT builds end to end: network, telephony, CCTV, access control, AV and TV Security Operations Own day to day security operations: email security, endpoint detection and response, and threat monitoring Manage the MDR platform and act as first responder on security incidents Lead phishing and social engineering incident response, including guest data breach coordination Drive the security awareness training programme across the business Manage MFA, conditional access policies, and identity governance across M365 Supplier & Vendor Management Own operational relationships with managed network and technology providers, holding them to SLA Manage cloud telephony, IPTV/casting platforms, access control and CCTV infrastructure operationally Support the VP of IT in contract reviews, renewals, and supplier rationalisation decisions Documentation & Knowledge Build and maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, and system runbooks Establish IT operational processes and embed them consistently across the team Ensure institutional knowledge is captured, structured, and accessible Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties.
