This role would suit an experienced Chef de Partie looking to take the next step or an existing Junior Sous Chef seeking a fresh challenge within a quality hotel environment. As Junior Sous Chef you will: Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Lead sections confidently during busy service periods Help train, motivate, and develop junior members of the brigade Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation Ensure excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained Step up to oversee the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs when required The ideal candidate will have a strong fresh food background, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine passion for producing quality cuisine using seasonal ingredients.
