Head Chef – Education Catering | West London Berkeley Scott the UK's leading hospitality agency is recruiting a Head Chef for one of our education clients in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a busy college kitchen delivering fresh, high-quality food in a well-equipped environment. You'll manage the catering team, maintain excellent food standards, and ensure full compliance with Food Safety regulations. Hours and Renumeration • Monday to Friday, • 7am – 3pm, • Temp-to-perm opportunity with trial period, • £19-£20 per hour (please note that the salary is dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the catering operation, • Prepare fresh meals using standardised recipes, • Maintain Food & Health Safety standards and complete required paperwork, • Manage stock control and food ordering, • Ensure timely meal service across the site, • Support daily operations, budgets, and inventory management Requirements • Enhanced DBS Certificate (Child Workforce), • Right to Work in the UK, • 2 employment references, • Minimum 1 years' experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a similar environment, • Level 3 Food Safety Certificate and relevant Food Safety qualifications, • Strong communication and IT skills...
