The role This is an opportunity to help deliver a quality, cost effective service which meets statutory requirements as underpinned by the Association of Educational Psychologists (AEP), the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and the Division of Educational and Child Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS). The role is focused on key priorities, including early intervention and inclusion, parental confidence and improved outcomes for all children and young people particularly those with SEND to create brighter futures for all children and families. Inclusion and Early Intervention The Psychology and Wellbeing Service in Jersey is part of the Central Education Team. The service provides psychological services and support to help children and young people overcome learning barriers in schools and other settings from ages 0 to 19. The service works with schools and other professionals to identify and address SEND, promote social inclusion, and offer training and support. One of the core focuses of the service is early intervention.
