Duties • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services., • Allocate tasks to meet operational demands while maintaining quality standards., • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations., • Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations., • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience., • Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary., • Enforce health and safety policies within the team, promoting a safe working environment., • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring housekeeping support.
