UPSELLING & PRODUCT KNOWNLEDGE - UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMERS MOOD & INTENT Listen carefully to cues: Are they in a rush, chatty, curious or hungry ? Recommended add ons such as non dairy milks, extra shots, syrups or food pairings Proactively recommend pastries, retail coffee or drink upgrades based on customer prefence. Learn flavour profiles, bean origins and seasonal items and confidently describe them.
