Build relationships. Grow accounts. Develop your career. Our client, a well-estabilised manufacturing business, is looking for a Junior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of customers. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real responsibility and clear progression. What you’ll be doing as a Junior Account Manager: • Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts (no cold calling focus), • Building strong, long-term client relationships, • Acting as the main point of contact for customer needs, • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue, • Reviewing account performance and analysing sales trends, • Working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service What we’re looking for from our Junior Account Manager: • Around 1+ year of B2B sales or customer-facing experience, • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, • Proactive, organised, and commercially aware, • Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data, • Interest in manufacturing or technical products is a bonus What you’ll get as a Junior Account Manager: • Structured 6-month induction + full product training, • Clear progression into senior account management roles, • Profit sharing scheme, • Company pension, • Health & wellbeing programme, • On-site parking Why this role?
