Empires Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps US companies generate high-intent leads. We’re expanding our UK cold-calling team and are looking for disciplined, hungry appointment setters who want to be paid purely on performance, with uncapped upside and recurring income. This role is 100% commission-based. 💰 How You Get Paid £23 per Qualified Discovery Call Booked • Paid for every qualified meeting that is booked and attended, • You earn immediately, even before a deal closes 5% Recurring Commission on Client Lead Spend • You earn £36 per lead for every lead the agency generates for clients you set appointments with, • You set the appointment, the agency closes and delivers, and you earn recurring commission from that client's success, • This is monthly, recurring income, • Paid for as long as the client remains active, • As goodwill, if you leave the agency, we continue paying your commission for an additional 3 months Example: • 3 of your booked appointments become clients, • Those clients receive a total of 300 leads per month, • £36 × 300 = £10,800 per month in recurring income 🔥 If you're a setter AND closer • You earn 10% recurring commission, • Using the same example above:, • £72 × 300 leads = £21,600 per month in recurring income 📞 What You’ll Be Doing • Cold calling US companies (training & scripts provided), • Booking qualified discovery calls, • Confirming interest and eligibility, • Logging calls and outcomes in CRM 🕒 Schedule & Commitment • You own your schedule, • Fully remote, • Weekly team call for coaching 🚀 What You Get • Uncapped commissions, • Long-term recurring income, • Clear scripts, systems, and training, • A results-only environment (no micromanagement), • The chance to build a genuine income stream, not just a job 🧠 Who We’re Looking For • Comfortable with cold calling, • Confident speaking to business owners, • Resilient, consistent, and coachable, • Hungry to earn based on output, • Sales experience is a plus, but hunger beats CVs If you can book quality meetings, you’ll get paid very well.
