Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across a residential scheme., • Manage and support electricians and electrical subcontractors on site., • Monitor progress and ensure works are completed to programme., • Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and current regulations., • Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure a high standard of workmanship., • Coordinate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, other trades, and subcontractors., • Identify and resolve technical issues on site., • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times., • Complete relevant site documentation, inspections, and reports., • Assist with commissioning, snagging, and handover of completed properties. Electrical Supervisor Requirements • Gold ECS, • SSSTS, • Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally within residential construction., • Strong knowledge of electrical installations and current regulations., • Experience supervising electrical teams on housing or apartment developments., • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications., • Good communication and organisational skills., • Strong understanding of health & safety requirements., • Relevant electrical qualifications.
