Job Title: Social Workers - Adults Teams Location: Bridgend (Hybrid) Pay Rate: 38 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers on behalf of its client to join the Older Peoples Mental Health Team and the East Network Team based in Bridgend South Wales. What will your responsibilities be In this role you will • Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults in need of care and support, • Develop and review person-centred care plans in line with legislative frameworks, • Work collaboratively with health professionals families and community partners, • Manage a capped caseload to ensure quality and timely interventions, • Safeguard vulnerable adults in line with statutory responsibilities, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using electronic systems, • Up to 38 per hour (DOE), • Long-term contracts, • Hybrid working arrangements, • Supportive and well-established teams To be successful in this role you must have • Qualified Social Worker with2 years experience in Adult Social Care, • Full-time availability with at least 3 days office-based, • Free DBS and compliance service, • Twice weekly payroll and Faster Pay service getting you paid more quickly, • Access to exclusive roles that arent available from other agencies, • Free access to Liquids exclusive social work training and CPD portal, • Your own dedicated consultant with extensive social work knowledge, • Access to a wide selection of social work positions across the UK, • Refer a Friend bonus get 500 for each social worker you refer who we successfully place* Reasonable Adjustments: If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
