You will manage the induction process, support ongoing training programmes and ensure operatives are progressing through the Technical Development Framework. You will work closely with the Operative Development Manager, HR and Talent teams and operational stakeholders to build a highly skilled, safe and professional workforce aligned to the Ipsum Way. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and delivering the full employee induction process Liaising with HR and Talent teams on new starters and training requirements Supporting apprentice programmes and development pathways Arranging and facilitating internal and external training Organising on site training across operational activities such as CCTV surveys, drainage repairs and infiltration Managing off site and compliance-based training including systems, audits and client requirements Tracking and updating employee progress using the Technical Development Framework capability matrix Supporting development of the Ipsum Trained programme Collaborating with PMO and external providers to ensure mandatory training compliance Working with operational teams to align training with business needs Supporting the development of training plans for operatives of all skill levels Coaching and mentoring operatives to support performance and career progression About you You will be an organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for developing people. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams.
