Primary responsibilities Plan and lead appropriately designed sessions in line with the organisations coaching vision & philosophy. Lead football team sessions at Clubs (U10 - U16). Support UFA squad training & development games. Develop and lead a coaching programme which includes the FA's 4 Corner Model. Integrate and develop Football Psychology as an integral component of UFA's syllabus. Work with a team of coaches and share good practice. Help evaluate players and support the Talent ID within age groups. Preferred Background/Qualifications/Qualities: FA Level 1 or 2.
